He was preceded in death by his mother and aunts, Linda Henderson and Janie Hamilton.

Survivors include a son, Dakota Baker of Muskogee; brother, Jimmy Lee Baker of Atoka; sister, Jolee Baker Battice of Durant; his father of Huntsville, Texas; niece, Candis Battice of Durant; nephews, Cameron Battice of Durant and Dairyen Chavez of Durant; companion, Theresa Urias of Fort Smith; grandparents, Annie Betsey of Durant and Adam Betsey of McAlester; uncles, Danny Betsey of Granby, Missouri, Enos Betsey of Durant and Kennard Betsey of Atoka; aunts, Gloria Loftin of Atoka, Darlene Connell of Seneca, Diane Taylor of Seneca, Tina Betsey of Coalgate, Pam Betsey of Atoka, and Donna Edwards of Tulsa; grandmother, Betty Smith of Sherman; and numerous other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
