Funeral services for Gracie Billy, 78, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma were held at Oka Achukma Presbyterian Church on December 27, 1991.

Ms. Billy was born in Broken Bow, and was very active in her church work until her illness. She was also active in Broken Bow Nursing home for the past three years. She had lived in the community all her life. She was a dedicated member of Oka Achukma Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Julia and John McKinney of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; two sisters and one brother in law, Alice James of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Juanita and Aaron Baker of Battiest, Oklahoma; three brothers and two sisters in law, Daniel Billy of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Cleland and Rose Billy of Midwest City, Oklahoma and Ed and Cynthia Billy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Lyndon Kary and Janis McKinney, Alan Dean McKinney, Sandra and Willard Frazier, all of Broken Bow, Ronald Keith McKinney of Chamberlin South Dakota and Carla McKinney and Marissa McKinney , also of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral services were officiated by the Commissioned Lay Preachers, Cleland Willas and John McKinney.
