Charles Gene Anderson, 43, of Wynnewood, Oklahoma passed away August 18, 2000 in Madill, Oklahoma. He was born June 26, 1957 in Durant, Oklahoma to Connie Gene and Patsy Anderson.

Charles attended high school in Bennington, Oklahoma. On May 8, 1982, he married Adele Indorf in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. They made their home in Wynnewood since that time.

He was a person who loved the outdoors and spent every free moment enjoying fishing, hunting and playing golf. Charles was very proud of his Choctaw heritage. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all who knew him. He was a truck driver for Ryder Truck Lines for several years.

A loving husband, father, brother, he is survived by his wife, Adele, of the home; one son, Michael Anderson; one daughter, Amy anderson; two brothers, Billy Anderson of Princeton, Texas and Freddie Anderson of Calera, Oklahoma; three sisters, Brenda Wilson and husband Randal, of Durant, Belinda Webb and husband, Charley, of Calera and Shirley Anderson of Puduach, Kentucky.
