Susan is the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and has more than 25 years of financial and people expertise in environments experiencing significant business change.
Susan is a national speaker and has been the featured speaker at various business and university meetings as well as national conferences.
In her professional career Susan achieved certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) as well as certification in International Compensation (CICP). She is also certified as a Development Dimensions International Targeted Selections Instructor (DDI-TS); MBTI Type I and Type II Administrator; and certified as a HOGAN Personality Assessment Administrator. Susan has also received certifications in Executive Coaching.
Susan enjoys writing short stories; she is co-author of the book entitled “Goals for Successful HR Executives,” and authored White Papers. Susan also holds a 3rd year degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and spends her spare time hiking, fishing and generally enjoying nature.
