Have you found anything on Willis Wade yet?

results are mixed on that one. i explain where i get the information in each post.

who were his children? who was his spouse? there isn’t enough information to find him. although i can see his roll #, i don’t know which family group he belonged to.

there is more than one person with this name.

I have so far that Willis Wade Choctw Roll #13359 is buried at Marlow, Ok cemetery on 1-5-1919. He married Jane Gibson Wade Chickasaw Roll # 1173. They had at least 2 children- Gilbert Wade and Stanford Willis Wade who is my grandfather. I have copies of land records where Willis had alloted land in Indian Territory signed by Green McCurtain on 6-5-1907. This land was in the Chickasw Nation. I have no birth date for Willis or who his parents were or if he had any sibblings. I have looked in census records and can find nothing. Please help if you can! Thanks!

you have a roll # for willis wade. do you have a copy of the application, census card? these would have his parents. don’t depend entirely on information that you can find online. you will have to ask for documents.
