I’m looking for relatives of my great grandfather Roy Parker. However, I recently found out his “real” name may be “Henry Hagen”. His brother’s name is/was Robert Hagen. They lived in Kansas City, Missouri. He was in the US military 24th infantry, as “Roy Parker” company D from 1917 to 1919. He married Lula Crump Parker. He was murdered in 1935 in Kansas City, Missouri. He is buried in Nash, TX.

you could try an obituary. see your local public library for that. maybe there is a cemetery record on or you could contact the cemetery where he was buried.

you could get a death certificate from KS state vital records. and have messageboards for surnames, locations, tribes.

these names are somewhat common. since i don’t know where he lived, it is hard for me to find him. but there are federal census records 1900-1940 that might show you family members, locations. see your local public library for access.

i am just a volunteer that wants to empower people to learn how to do genealogy.
