Hi , my Mother had Choctaw blood , her Name was Barbara Shirey , I found some Shirey’s on the Dawes rolls , card #2215, an Edmund F Shirey & 4 other Shirey’s as well. How do I find out if theses are the Shirey’s I would be related too? Seems like a hard process, its all oral history in my family , not sure where to start? Anyone with any suggestions ?
