I come across a lot of folks interested in these and think they must write to the National Archives in DC. The Oklahoma History Center in Oklahoma City has these. Also, there is a site online where you may download them. It is a paid website and located at www.fold3.com. You’ll need to know the roll number or the card number and to help with this, there is a site located at http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/finalroll.php that will help with that.
