my dad is not receving choctaw benefits he is in verry bad shape needs sugery he is on medacare they will only pay 60% i was just hopping someone could give us some idea of what to do.. thank you verry much.

My Grandmother’s maiden name was Nannie Roberson; DOB: October 26, 1884 and was born in Quitman, Mississippi (Clark County). Her Father’s name was Sirah Henderson Roberson and her Mother’s name was Mollie Carter.
