    I’m researching William Stand Watie McClendon who lived in 1900 on the Indian Territory, Choctaw Nation, Township 08, District 0085. He lived there with his father and mother – Robert McClendon and Josephine Whitlock McClendon. Would both of the parents be of Choctaw Descent to live on the reservation?
