If you have a double Tribal Name, like Choctaw-Chickasaw, which headquarters would you get a replacement card for and register your children under?

Monk and Marge Crawford are my husband’s grandparents.
Marge is deceased. He is now married to Connie Crawford
Monk and Marge’s kids: Gayle, Verna and Michael (my husband’s father) Crawford.

i think you should contact both tribes. if you have more than one tribe involved, you can find out whether you were registered for either one. if you are in the position to choose a tribe, you can do that at that time, when you know if you are eligible.
i don’t think the tribe reads this messageboard, so you will have to contact them directly.
the tribe has an excellent information to help you. it is found under genealogy advocacy.
