is it true the choctaw nation has no requirements for a cdib to apply for membership…my ggg grandmother, malinda folsom dean, the daughter of jeremiah and mary nail folsom was not enrolled as she and her family moved to oregon before enrollment started…however, her sister, emeline folsom robinson was enrolled…is it possible to be enrolled using my ggg aunt emeline’s enrollment to apply for same?…yakoke
