my dad is not receving choctaw benefits he is in verry bad shape needs sugery he is on medacare they will only pay 60% i was just hopping someone could give us some idea of what to do.. thank you verry much.

is your father a member of the tribe?
you should try to contact the tribe directly.
the tribe has an excellent information to help you. it is found under genealogy advocacy.
