Description of Art: Wilson Wood and Grapevine Dream Catchers with Cotton Waxed Thread and Real Feathers
Artist Biography: Brandolyn is 1/16 Choctaw. She is a mother to 4 beautiful children and she teaches them about the Choctaw culture. She will pass down her talents as a Choctaw Artist and hopes they keep the tradition alive. Brandolyn wanted to make the dream catchers as true to culture as she could so after much research, she chose to use willow wood and grapevine, leather, cotton waxed thread, real feathers and mostly bone beads in her work. You can catch her at some of the powwows and trade shows in Oklahoma and Texas.
