This program provides eyeglasses, dentures and hearing aids to Choctaw Indians over the age of 55 years who possess a CDIB and live within the l0-l/2 counties of the Choctaw Nation. EDH services also include canes, commode boosters, crutches, commode chairs, wheelchairs, bath/shower chairs and walkers.
