All concerts are free of charge, seats are on a first-come basis. It is recommended that you bring your lawn chairs.
The festival will have plenty of vendors selling eats and treats, more than 100 arts and crafts booths, various sports competitions, free concerts, cultural exhibits, children's activities, Choctaw storytelling and many other events. The carnival rides are free of charge during the Choctaw festival, because we want everyone to be able to enjoy them.
All 2007 RV spaces have already been rented.
If you have had your Photo ID taken at the Labor Day Festival and have received a letter from the Tribal Membership office asking for birth and/or death certificates, please send them in as soon as possible. They still have several from 2005 and 2006 that are still needing the certificates. The Membership office cannot send you the Photo ID card until all the documentation in your file is complete.
If you are planning on having your photo ID taken this year, please bring your state birth certificate with you, we will make a copy for you. If you are going to apply for a CDIB for someone who has never had one, bring the original state birth certificate with you, we will make copies.
The Healthy Living Expo presented by the Choctaw Nation Health System will be giving away a Kawasaki Mule, four bicycles, and a wagon. Anyone who comes through the tent and visits the required number of booths is eligible to win the prizes.
The expo will give out educational materials and will also provide cholesterol and blood pressure checks and checking your height and weight.

Friday - 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
ATTENTION Gospel Groups!!! Now is the time to begin making plans for the Labor Day Festival 2007. Gospel singing groups for the Sunday night festival singing can register during the week of July 2 - 6, ONLY. To get on the list, call (800) 522.6170 Ext. 2265, 2469, 2466, 2335.
